Order Information

All About Personalized Orders

Every item we offer is personalized and made-to-order, ensuring the highest quality. Our products are meticulously designed, produced, and printed on demand, crafted especially for you, one by one.

Order Processing

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Please note that we do not operate on holidays observed by the Post Office, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery Time Frame

1. Processing & Production Time

The majority of orders are typically processed and produced within 3 to 7 business days. This comprehensive process includes design, printing, packaging, and quality control.

2. Shipping Time

  •  Shipping Fee : $5.99 (Estimated delivery in 7 to 10 business days)

Shipping Estimates for November to February:

  • Order processed: 3 to 5 Days
  • Shipping time (shirt, hoodie, rug, blanket, jacket, etc.): 7 to 15 Days
  • Total time for product receipt (Production + Shipping Time): 15 to 30 days.

For other months, you can expect quicker delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, an automatic tracking code will be sent to you via email, allowing you to monitor the shipping process. If you cannot locate your tracking code, please CONTACT US.

Why Is Tracking Data Delayed?

Tracking codes may take up to 7 days for US orders (and up to 10 days for orders from other countries) to show tracking data after the order has been processed.

Package Returned to Sender – Wrong Address

If an order is tagged as "returned to sender" due to an incorrect address, the courier may destroy the item or charge Love The World for custom tax duties and additional shipping fees. As a result, we will provide a refund credit of 50% of the total product cost to your account.

Buyer Protection Program

Your purchase is safeguarded by our Buyer Protection Program. If you don't receive your product within 30 days of purchase (a rare occurrence), we'll refund you 100% of your payment without any questions.

Please refrain from initiating any disputes or chargebacks before reaching out to our support agents, as this could prolong the resolution process.
